Tredethy House, let alone been blessed with fantastic surrounding grounds, is also
situated in a gifted position.
A morning coffee in Padstow, sailing in Fowey, a drink and dinner in Rock or Port
Isaac, North and South Coast are no more than half a hour away.
Literally at our doorstep you can enter the Camel trail, one of the most charming
and varied bicycle and walking trail in the County.
Walkers will be also happy to know that the fascinating Bodmin moor is a stone throw
away, with its ancient, primitive landscape and wild horses.
The small town of Wadebridge is also close by, a buzzing place to stroll, shop and
have a bite.
Some of the most majestic stately homes and Gardens of Cornwall are also close by,
like Lanhydrock House and Gardens and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Tredethy House is an excellent base to visit the Eden Project as well.
Bodmin is our nearest centre, with well connected Parkway Station, including the
London-Paddington train with a journey of 3½, 4 hours.
For easy connections, also Newquay Airport is at less then half a hour drive, with
a daily flight to Stanstead airport by Ryanair.
